Our area of​ ​intervention:

Administration: Starting by the employee hiring till retirement or dismissal; preparation of employment contracts, personnel file...

Payroll: Working of payroll and provide output states; pay slips, payroll journal, CNSS state, CIMR, IR, 9421....

Recruitment: Sorting CV, psychometric tests, mass recruitment

People development / Training: Engineering training identification, assistance at the level of OFPPT and GIAC, logistics training, implementation of training plan, training evaluation…

Remuneration: Benchmarking wages, job matching and classification, salary classification, employee management / business communication…

Social relationship: Social Survey, risk assessment, monitoring and legal advice (HR)
